A lot of people have been reporting problems with the Explorer function.

I think that actually filing a bug report with Support may help them to sort it out sooner rather than later.
(Posting here in the Forum is not a bug report that goes to the developers.)
I believe opening explorer is broken (or at least, appears so to me the last few days). When I go to Stats > Openings, which typically shows my win-rates in the last 7/30/90 days, 1 year, all time, it shows all draws in the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year (none are true, I play daily!). It also shows the same number of games in the last 90 days as in the last 1 year (not true). It does show a win/loss/draw rate all time, but Im uncertain if its correct.
Furthermore, if I go to More > Explorer from the main menu, and select "My Games" and then navigate into it, I can find clear examples where it shows I have draws but if I navigate into the actual game its a loss (the stats looked funky--it was showing lets say a QGA line where I had not lost and instead had a high rate of draws, I was sure this wasn't true, so I dug deeper.
Finally in opening explorer (More > Explorer) there are various opportunities to see games "From this position". So as an example, I can navigate "My Games" in opening explorer and see the 8 or whatever games that reached 1. d4 d5 2. c4 dxc4 3. e4 Nf6 4. e5 Nd5 5. Bc4 Nb6. But, when I click this link, it simply brings me to a page listing all my games (11k or something) across all time.
