This happens so much because sometimes the bughouse games don't load. I created a thread about this but no one from chess.com has acknowledged the issue.

I dont get it. I see multiple games per day, when my partner resigns, sometimes you get that same piece of crap 3 times in a row, and they just resign. it costs me points!! WHY! this is so dumb when we can not help it. can you guys change the settings that the partners dont lose ratings because the other partner resigns that game? and then punish the person who resigns within a few seconds by 50 points to keep people from doing this?
its not fun waiting 9 minutes for a game then to have some A-hole resign. then I have to come to the forum to ask you guys to fix something you should have already taken care of.
