I get to it the usual way:
Clubs > Hult Chess Club > New Live Tournament > New Swiss Tournament
It seems to be working today, but what I saw before was the label & arrow but no number display. I had reloaded, tried another browser etc without luck.
But it seems to work now, so I don't know unless I caught it during some kind of maintenance.
