Go to the support ai on chess.com and not chess.com’s email and then talk about a suggestion you want. Mods can you give the thing where we talk about cheating. The forum, thx.

The site used to send an email of an account was closed after a report, though it wouldn't give information on what account.
If you played the member, then you will probably receive an email with a point refund though.

Didn't have a lot a cheaters before but it's increasing (going out of the app every turn and then play... for a 3mn game is more than strange)

There were a few people that like Anime shows that have avatars of characters that were considered cheaters. They have long since gone. Interestingly they claimed that they weren't cheating, due to their high skill level.
Looks legitimate enough. But they might have moved on to other websites, where they can do what they want. Possibly li-chess. or msn zone, or EZ-online chess matchups. "Yu Understand?"
They send you a message that gives you points and then put a circle ⭕ with a red slash by the username if you look in your game history
What annoys me is that I played threw games that I lost against cheaters losing 24 rating points and they game me back 8. Which makes it pretty hard on my rating when so many of my recent games were against cheaters ...

There's an emoji for it actually it's called banned or smth
