Dear Chess.com, 1. Huge discrepancies in rating and play strength of opponents between time controls. I noticed that especially in Blitz there seems to be alot of automated cheating and match fixing going on. It also looks like people are straight-up toggling cheats on or off and appear to be using some macros to avoid detection. 2. It is beyond me how I can be 1980+ rapid with a lot of normal people playing, just an occasional cheater once in a while. But somehow I am not even able to reach 1600 in Blitz 3+0, which should absolutely not be the case because I am not 60 years old or slow by any means. 3. I managed to have a stable 2100 bullet and 2000 blitz rating on LiChess and won games against 2200-2300+ in Rapid regularly (Rapid best was 2177 on LiChess). 4. In no world do I have so many problems in Blitz on your platform and it being a normal thing. Even if you take away 200 from Lichess, because Chess.com playerbase is generally stronger. 5. The amount of games I am having against these Grandmaster 1400s-1600s is insane and what shocks me the most, is, how many of these mingle on this platform + they insult me in chat occasionally or try to troll me. 6. There's days where this problem is basically non-existent and I beat 1400s-1600s SEVERAL games in a row (expectedly) with them doing exactly what I would expect of their rating range to do: Drop pieces, play tactically and positionally unsound, be inconsequential in their follow-up if they are in a winning position. I then proceed to win 8+ games in a row - obviously - since I am normally much higher rated. But then there are days, where 1400s handle me like they are FMs/IMs/GMs and I have several such games in a row with ~a few legit ones in between, making me drop bad in my previously accumulated rating on the so-called "normal days". I should not be camping at 1500 Blitz right now but I cannot even nearly break away from this range due to the afore-mentioned things. Please fix this, you need someone who does analysis on this. This is definitely not normal and this has not been this bad ~2 years ago. I cannot understate HOW different it is between normal and these almost "cheating flood" days. 7. I strongly believe that a lot of script kiddies are looking up tutorials on how to sync your screen with a local engine since this is something that is easily programmed by an AI like ChatGPT. Please do some analysis here. It is crazy. 8. The only reason I can think of why it nowhere near happens as much in Rapid, is, because your cheat detection algorithms work much better for longer time controls / suspicious (botted) behaviour becomes much more detectable/apparent in longer time-controls OR the scripting not being effective in longer time control setting (for whatever reason), but I am just guessing here. Please look into this! Thank you! (FYI : My real life player strength is ~1800)
