I tried contacting a chess.com support person but it told me to use the chatbot thing. I tried multiple times to explain the issue and the bot was completely useless.
I attempted to ask it to refer me to a person multiple times as well and that didn’t work either.
Chess.com you need to fix the game section in the mobile app. It’s ridiculous that I can’t look through the games. Also for anyone who needs help: THE AI HELP BOT IS USELESS!!!! Let me contact a human.
