Chess.com should really disclose what Community Guideline Violation you broke when you get muted.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen you write something that makes sense.

Anyway, I agree with what you’re saying here.

I agree with everything you said......BUT THE FIRST SENTENCE

They could at least let you know what word or words triggered a red banner warning even when not getting muted, AND not delete an entire 3 paragraphs that someone put effort into writing because of maybe 1 or 2 words that triggered it. At least leave the existing text in the text box even if it can't post. One time I assumed the word it must have been that triggered it and retyped it, only to get another warning, turns out the word was a far more innocuous one than what I first suspected (what "B S" stands for vs "t 3 r r 0 r i s t")

The taxonomic name of the human species is also banned for this reason.

I agree 100%. Or at least chess.com can send you an email stating what you did wrong

RonaldJosephCote

" at least chess.com can send you an email stating what you did wrong"...... that use to be verystern's job. And we all know how far he got with that. meh Now he prefers to be confrontational and talk down to people.

RonaldJosephCote

Well he "claims" he did but now I'm beginning to question anything & everything he claims. frustrated

I have been saying this for ages. It ain’t that hard, they should just require moderators/staff to provide a reason for mute when doing it, especially if it’s not just a routine troll account and is something more debatable

I'd like a reason why my thread trying to get put in charge or chess.com was locked after 11 days being open with no explanation. I had valid points and was being 100% serious.

HangingPiecesChomper

i thought you were admitting it was a troll parody thread?
