ChessKid.com Avatar Selection Fail

It seems that ChessKid.com has been getting worse over time. The biggest problem I've been having is the new Avatar selection feature. You used to be able to select a picture of an animal or a wizard or a long list of photos. Now if you're signing up on a new account you have to choose an avatar that looks like a first grader. I clicked on my profile of a beach which is now my Chess.com profile picture and I saw the new avatar feature. I didn't like it so I clicked off of it and it immediately changed my beach photo of over 5 years to a cartoon five year old kid. There was no warning either which is very upsetting. No "are you sure you want to do this", no "this will permanently delete your photo profile", no nothing! The avatars make weird animations during the chess game, they're very distracting and cartoony. The reason that kids go to Chesskid is to learn chess, not to watch cartoons. Please fix this.

ChessKid is for kids. If you don't like it then just move over here, or contact the ChessKid team directly, the mods here aren't responsible for it.
