Connection Dropping in Games "Trying to reconnect" (WiFi/Internet is NOT the issue)

I've been randomly losing my connection in the middle of games over the last week. It happens probably every five or six games. I'm waiting on my opponent to move then my Signal Strength starts ticking down to zero. I refresh the page and see I've lost about 30 seconds when my screen wasn't showing my opponent's move (or I would move and it wouldn't go through).

I'm on a brand new MacBook, and I have great internet with my router in the same room. I have on a TV and a work laptop in the room with me and neither of those show any signs of connection interruptions.

It has to be the servers, right? I've lost multiple games due to this.

Has anyone else been experiencing this in games?

The problem is more likely between you and the site but other traffic on your local network or processes on your device can also cause connection issues.
