I type a five word message, it takes five minutes to send. Before i crash and have to close and reopen the app. This repeats five times with NO HELP AT THE END.

I cant. I dont have deleting and reinstalling apps allowed rn. Or updating so maybe i need to update. Or wifi so i have to use data which may be the reason. Could any of those be why?
That's right. When chess.com delivers an unsatisfactory experience, the problem is always on your end. Especially when it comes to contacting support and getting meaningful responses. 
And then once you do send a ticket most times the ignore your support request because "their ai bot missed it"
