Customer Support is useless
There is apparently no way to speak to anyone at chess.com who is an actual human
There are ways. This is my way:

I guess I could spend another 15 minutes arguing with a useless AI, or I could just eat the half year annual membership I had and go with Lichess. I looked them up, and the BBB gave them an "F" rating, so even if I could resolve the issue, new ones are inevitable.
Enjoy....
Terrible customer service( if any).. Lots of misleading and mispresentations on their website. Seriously considering canceling the membership and move on to lichess which is FREE and better. Will give Chessly a try , heard great things about it.

At $90-120$ annually, I believe I’ll pass on Chessly. Kudos to Levy though, competition breeds higher quality. Usually.

The link takes you directly to the home page, not anywhere you can get support. Chessica is useless. There is apparently no way to speak to anyone at chess.com who is an actual human.
I cancelled re-billing already, and this is the first time I've logged in in months. Does this site have anyone who cares about customers? If so, how do I reach them?
