Daily game disappears without notification when opponent won't move

It frequently happens that some person accepts my daily seek and then doesn't move at all. When I am white I do my move and see a notification that my 'opponent' runs out of time.
But now comes my point. When I am black I don't see this notification and for me it looks like the game just disappears.
I would like to see a notification in all cases when my 'opponent' runs out of time without doing any move. That would give me an opportunity to block all these crap accounts.
