'Daily' quitters solution/Rule change proposal

This is my first post, im not very familiar with forums in general, let alone this particular forum, so apologies if this has already been brought up or I break some sort of etiquette.

Anyway, Ive been playing 'Daily' games lately, and if someone makes 4 moves or less and then stops playing and time runs out then you win, but Chesscom doesnt give you any points or take any points from your opponent.
Because of this, I often run into players who quit when I achieve some sort of advantage within those first 4 moves.
I propose that Chesscom changes the code so that ELO points are given/taken if
1) more than 4 moves are made
OR
2) if there are any captures

It makes sense to me that once a capture happens then that game shouldnt be able to be aborted without any effect to ones ELO rating.
Thoughts?

I second this.
Also, just because I don’t want extra clutter in my daily games, unsure if my opponent will ever move, I propose another idea.

If someone times out, rating is affected regardless of how many moves passed.
Aborting the game without affecting rating is only possible before 4 moves and before a capture.
