Does the chess support still exist?
Support does still exist. However, Support doesn't handle fair play closures. There is a team of at least 30 people dedicated to Fair Play.

An opponent from January was closed.
Another in February.

Another from January:

I am not going to go through all your games but it seems clear that there have been some fair play closures for your account this year.

well that's great but I haven't been compensated for any of those games, my last compensations dates back to september 2024.
Well the first opponent didn't have his account closed until May. I think they only refund games from the prior 30 days.
Just to add to the above, rating refunds are only given for the games where the opponent cheated.
Okay, so I haven't faced a single cheater since September 2024? Strong take
Between 2021 and 2023 I would a refund every month or so.... And suddenly no more... So did all the cheaters leave the site? Come on. The chess.com team is just letting it happen these days.

I get rating refunds frequently. And don't look now but chess.com analyzes around 20 million games per day, and in the first three months of this year, closed approximately 314,000 accounts, about 3,500 per day. Unless you think that's a lie, you can't seriously believe they're ignoring the problem.
