false start glitch (as white)

I've played about 1000 games and I notice a repeating glitch.  As white.  I make my first move, and the clock is still ticking on my name.  So I make another move, and the computer moves my first move back and just considers my second move my first.  Has happened to me multiple times now.  It's getting annoying.  I have lost every game where this "false start" glitch has interrupted play.  Either kids figured out a new cheat as black, OR chess dot com does not know how to host chess as well as its competitors.   This is just me reporting a "glitch" or cheat or error some sort.  It's annoying.  And if I have experienced it, then likely so have at least hundreds of other players.
Let me lay the glitch out one more time for developers.  Game starts.  My clock is ticking.  I make a move.  My clock still ticks (while I am white).  My computer is awesome.  My internet is awesome.  The flaw is not likely on my end.  When I attempt to move another piece around, it will reset the pieces.  If this happens to you in hyper or bullet, the game is already over.  I'm only posting this because if it's happening me, it's probably happening to others.

If you want to report a bug to the developers, use the bug reporting tool on the Help menu.

It will take a snapshot and also gather some info about your setup.

Are you using the website or one of the apps?

If you are using one of the apps, there is a "Report Problems" link in settings.

Does it happen in all time controls?
