Frozen Timer

Same here, very frustrating. Timer frozen on both sides. Suddenly back working with few seconds. Then game lost! Very often in the last days and today impossible to play! Please solve, it’s a bug (not a provider issue as the same on wifi and mobile)
Same issue here! Very annoying! Is there a support thing we can report to?

I have lost 2 games like this within the last few hours. If this is not officially addressed by chess.com I will cancel my account.
For me this issue occurs also a lot. At least good to know that I am not the only one with this consistent problem.

Clock ⏰ is frozen quite often! And when is back you’ve left with no time to react in the game! Of course, I am not expecting a solution! Just saying

Same here, just updated and issue not resolved. On the verge of leaving the app for another.
