Game abandons

Hello! I’d like to say that I don’t lose again players with low elo in tournaments, I abandon the game and that’s only because i have bad internet conmection the game itself kicks me out, but i still lose 10+ elo as if i lost against my opponent in a real game, please i ask you to either somehow fix or give me some elo compensation, it’s been days that I almost reach 700 and still lose, thank you
