Game keeps crashing

Recently I have been experiencing a large number of crashes. Game figures can no longer be moved and time stands still. In order to continue playing, the page has to be reloaded. As a result, you lose a lot of time due to reloading and you have to reorient yourself on the playing field every time. If 2, 3 or even more crashes of this kind occur in a game, which is not at all uncommon, in game modes such as Blitz this means that you will inevitably lose the game.

It's frustrating when you have to experience a whole series of defeats that are only due to the game being so unstable.

What browser and version are you using? What you're describing is not normal

Google Chrome Version 124.0.6367.78 on Linux

I have a pretty decent landline and the general internet connection is stable.
There's no VPN or similar in between. Also I should mention, I'm behind a CG-NAT.

I haven't had a look into the web debugger yet, so I'm not sure if it's the UI that actually breaks or some server communication that fails causing the UI to freeze.

Also if that helps: I was just able to play a few games against bots, all of which worked without a hitch.

Bots are local and don't generate any network communications once loaded.
