they did, theyve been deving a new version of it for some months and its releasing soon wait lemme just check beta real quick to see if its getting released in a few days

It's not my computer. Other sites work perfectly! playchess.com works, lichess works, chesstempo works. But here??! Every time I play, my chat window is full of the following system messages: you have been, disconnected, you have been reconnected, "your opponent" has been disconnected, "your opponent has been reconnected"
Thats happening back-and forth, until either me, or my opponent cant (or doesnt care anymore) to reconnect, or just losing so much time, either of us losing the game aswell. You dont need to have 5g to have a stable connection, well at least not on other normal sites. So ye, I blame the "dam site". And I will tell my opinion about it, coz that's not I pay for!. Well at least not much longer...

For the problems on iOS, they did admit and verson 3.9.16 (2) was released today to fix that issue.
If you're seeing the issue on the website, the information in the following may help some but the site has been experiencing a lot more load/traffic and are working on trying to keep things stable and responsive. However, that is something that takes time and resources to work on.

stop blaming people its cuz of ur skill, u think ur 1000 in rating but ur other stats clearly show u should be like a 600
