Heavy CPU usage non-stop

If I have a game review/analysis open, the page will hammer my CPU forever, there is no way to stop it. Is chess.com farming my CPU for other analysis pages? I don't understand why there is no way to stop it from calculating.

How many tabs/windows do you usually have open on average? Do you have any large files?

You can cap the engines depth so it stop calculating after move 22 I think

Omed

Other wise if u put it on unlimited depth it will keep calculating until it reaches depth 99

let the computer calculate for around 20 years depending on how good your PC is, and then you have calculated every game so there's no use for calculating anymore

Thanks Omed, this was the key. In the review pane it seemed to be defaulted to unlimited..
