I tested this once and it works.
You can still bump a topic when you have already posted 3 times and are currently locked out.
Just copy the 3rd post, then delete it and re-post it.
First save any video links and download any images if applicable.
After the re-post you will still be locked out but you will have bumped it which is what you wanted to do anyways.
It does not work if they are old posts and you have more than 3 in a row already.
