How to view Forums?

How do I view my Forums I have written before? I tried looking for those tiny buttons that you’re one day going to see and then throw something out the window because you didn’t see it, so is there a button somewhere in Forums? or is it outside of the Forums area?

If it helps anyway, im on apple IOS. Help will be appreciated
