I was obviously cheated against twice. Everyone knows U1800s don't spam 99 accuracy games and play the mainline sveshnikov as White. He also never needed to think. There needs to be a place where I can expedite my report of his account. I feel like I now can't play for 4-7 days because I'm waiting on the rating refund. I also want those losses scrubbed from the win streak. Chess.com needs to take this more serious, I never wasted a report before, but it's either let me go somewhere for an expedited fair play process or I can't even play chess for 5 days until you review it at snail pace. It could even go slower since I heard the report system relies on mass-reports to be noticed.
