I’m being targeted by suspicious players, and I can’t contact support directly

I’m a regular Chess.com user and I believe I may be the target of a coordinated group using partial engine assistance in blitz games. Over the past few days, I’ve faced many opponents around my rating who:

play nearly flawlessly,
never blunder even in complex positions,
move extremely fast in critical moments,
and often convert small advantages with machine-like precision.
I’ve reported several of these games in good faith, but now I’m concerned that I’m being intentionally set up — that this group might be trying to get me flagged for over-reporting.

I also tried to contact support through the normal help system, but I’m stuck in a loop with the chatbot and cannot submit a manual request. I even tried emailing support@chess.com and visiting /support/tickets/new, but it no longer works.

All I want is to play fairly and feel like the games I lose are against human opponents, not coordinated cheating attempts.

👉 Please, could a moderator or staff member contact me or help escalate this?

Thank you in advance.

If you feel like any other members are using disallowed resources you should report report them directly to staff.

You won't get in trouble for reporting in good faith.

That said, discussions about cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums.
