Hello, I have found this issue with game reviews

For example in this game:
https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/146671221236/review?move=49

On their move 25 Rfxg2 Insight says;

"Capturing your hanging pawn. They are threatening to force eventual checkmate."

But when I click "show checkmate" it skips my move.

Move 26 is just "--" and I hear the sound of moving piece but none of mines move, and he moves again (twice in a row).

This happens often with the insights they don't move my piece or don't show it.
I'm a beginner I kinda need to see all moves.
Is it just me?

I have noticed it too.

From what i understand, it’s showing the hypothetical plan behind that move, without including the defensive replies the other side could make.

The “--” in the move list means one turn is skipped to illustrate the idea.

If you like to see the normal sequence of engine moves, you can switch to Analysis mode (The magnifier button on the top-right corner of the image you posted), which always shows the moves correctly.

They’re only threatening to force checkmate, not guaranteeing it.
Threatening essentially just means that, if they had 2 moves in a row, they could do it.
