Issue with pre-move time

Dear Chess developers,

I want report an issue with the time for pre-moves. Assuming that it still takes 0.1 seconds for each pre-move, how is it possible that I won this game? I had only 0.1 seconds left for the last 3 moves, and I still flagged my opponent who had seconds on the clock:

Perhaps this is a bug? Or an issue with lag-compensation (I'm not sure if c.c. uses it). I've been on the wrong side of it before, and although it is nice to have won the game, I would prefer that it would have been fairly.

Ah I see, thanks so much. This must be an issue on my side then, because when I was playing I saw 0.1s for a while

I assume that what happened was that because of lag, the time that you saw on your clock was too low. So the chess.com server compensated for it. Similarly maybe that happened to your opponent where they "used" some time due to lag, so it looked to you like time got added to their clock? I've definitely seen that before.
