Hi. Can I suggest chess.com have 5+3 min game option ( like lichess). Also nice to have 5+3 tournament. I feel 3+2 is to fast and prone to make blunders especialy for older age group. Pls consider. Thanks

You can create custom seeks. The site limits the number of presets to those that tend to be the most popular. 5+2 is an option
I can't seem to find how to change game time to 20 minutes. I find lots of options but don't see 20 minutes like I used to. I also prefer to begin the game with my pieces at the bottom of the screen. Can that be set as a default?

20 minutes is under the More option. If you have the setting White Always on the Bottom on, you'll need to turn that off.
