Personally, I lose about 60% of my games because of this feature. Please!

What auto castle feature?

Clicking on the king and then clicking on a rook perform castling if it's available. I often click on pieces whose moves I'm considering, so it commits a move I had no intention of doing.

I use drag and drop so I don't have that problem.

drag and drop is inconvenient to me, especially on a track pad. I just hoped it would be possible to look into adding a checkbox to enable/disable that feature, as I can't seem to avoid making wrong moves due to it

Any way to disable this castling "feature"? It's super annoying to have mouse commands that are ambiguous. When I click on the Rook I want to move the Rook, not castle!

And here's a new video of Hikaru losing a game because of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zae6wC9rF-U

He clearly dragged the king over. It was already in the b1 square.

He dragged it into the rook, he tried to cancel the movement by placing the king on an invalid square. You can hear him explain what happened right after.

"Oh I meant to touch the rook! Oh, give me a break, I meant to touch- Oh, geez. I did that- That was the same thing, I touched the rook and then I highlighted the king and it castled. Jesus" (video ends).
