The UX could be improved in the mobile app.
• A dedicated help section that don’t talks about hovering stuff or pressing F5 to clear the browser cache. There’s also missing a “back” button, useful after a page is read.
• An easier way to contact support
• The iPhone freezes, the time doesn’t stop after a move, impossible to enter contest or start games sometimes and so on..
I understand if there aren’t so many mobile app players. Just want to have the features I was promised with the Diamond membership.
