moderator education

hello, let me just start out by saying i know many are volunteers and do a great job keeping the site running smoothly.....however. 14 days ago i posted a thread in general discussion title "times you play" asking what times people play and do people avoid cetain times when players from some countries may play better than their ratings suggest. Now most countries are now multiculural myself being a minority residing in the UK. The post was flagged as racist taken down and i received a 14 day posting ban, The topic was argumentative at best designed to promote discussion, to say it was racist was ridiculous and the moderator involved needs educating before he/she/they/them/ninja/jedi etc etc offends other members. The one thing worse than racism is acusing it when its not there it dilutes and causes fatigue..do better. on anothrr note the AI support is not good hence why i waited before posting this. cheers.
