Hi I wanted to suggest an improvement to the moves list when analysing, that is to differentiate a bit more between the moves of the game and the moves of the variations as when trying out several variation sometimes it gets confusing.
In the moves tab of a game, when you go in and make your own analysis, creating variations and subvariations, the view can get "crowded" and, in my opinion, a bit unclear.
Down below I've attached an image to explain what I mean.
As you can see spotting the moves played in the game is a bit difficoult, especially if, at every move, you create some analysis variation, so my suggestion was to differetiate a bit the style of the game moves from the analysis lines and, that would be the cherry on top, to help differentiate also between variations and subvariations, maybe putting subvariation with a smaller font, maybe italic, something like that.
Probably the image below doesn't reflect how many people analyse their game, but as I specified, it was just a suggestion.
An example of a better moves list organization (taken from opening tool by Chessbase). Collapsing subvariation it's neat but I don't think it's necessary.
Unless this is something that's already configurable and I'm unaware of it; in case it is ignore the post but if you could help my out with that would be great.
Thanks in advance!
A.
