I had similar problems. Tried emptying my browser cache, tried another browser, tried resetting my puzzles rating and starting over again all to no avail.
I put in a support request about it before stumbling across this thread.

I'm having something similar. My rating seems to be going up, but the graph shows no evolution since the beginning of january.

New results should be showing now. It's unknown at this point if anything between January 10th and today's update will get populated.
my rating went down to 400 all gone, bugs at all levels, tiring...are other chess apps bugging as much?

Did you reset your rating in settings? Nothing that was done in the past week would have caused rating to reset in its own

Guys, can anybody help me here, when I came on Chess.com, my puzzle rating dropped down from 2000 to 0. Is this also a bug and are staff aware of it?

Your rating is 2206.
What you are seeing is the new puzzle feature that de-emphasizes rating and has a points system and league like progression system. By default it doesn't show rating changes but the puzzles are still being rated. You can change that by using the settings icon on the feature and enabling Show Rating. Or if you don't like the feature at all, you can toggle off Collect Puzzle Points

No matter how many times I press Show Rating in the Settings, my rating only increased to 318. I can't put a screenshot since I don't know how to. I am very sorry.

318 is the number of points you have on the path. The show rating option just shows the rating and rating change after completing a puzzle.

Seems likt this bug is back? I am stuck on 1909. After a successful puzzle for example it adds 5 points, showing 9014, when I go to the next puzzle it goes back to 1909. Also when I fail the puzzles this stuff happens.

You haven't done any rated puzzles for almost three weeks
took an hour to go from 1700 to 2000 in puzzles only for my rating to drop back to 1700
That's exactly what just happened to me. The puzzles show up in my history to rating of 2021, but my puzzle rating says 1709. It must be a bug.
