hi
i've noticed a lot of the, shall we say, 'questionable' players i have faced in the last year or two have generally had newer accounts. some of the more blatant ones do eventually get banned, which is great, but i would suggest putting in some kind of delay or filter, for > 6 months, before new accounts could face the older, legit accounts. although it's not a fix for the issue currently plaguing the site at higher ELOs, it would definitely help minimize a lot of the reports coming in on your side. i'm sure chess.com team has metrics on the avg lifespan of accounts that get banned for fair play violations & that may give additional incite into what delay period could be implemented. additionally, more direct visibility for us in seeing which accounts are new without having to go to their page, like a badge/icon next to the account name and more lax conditions regarding aborting games against said players could be helpful as well.
cheers
