New analysis feature: prediction

On the details tab of the analysis page there is a new performance metric named "prediction". The help pages still contain no information about that. What is it?

My guess is that it is predicted win percentage based on the pregame ratings.

@justbefair, that makes sense. I was confused because the numbers do not match ELO winning probabilities, but Glicko works differently.

Maybe the site is taking into account previous play as the color and performance against similarly rated opponents?
