new clock icon blocks from seeing how much time there is on the clock

It seems you have added a clock icon that appears over the clock of the player whose turn it is to move. Right in the middle of the clock, not behind it, not to the side, no, right in the middle.

I am a man of humor and I can appreciate the laugh you get from the idea of blocking the player from seeing both times with just a glance. After all, we as chess players have had this ability ever since invention of the chess clock. So it is quite a good sketch to impair the player's ability to play the game as fluently and as easily as possible.

But since you are a serious chess site I fear this is not a joke and somebody genuinely thought that this is a good idea. Therefore I want to give you a friendly suggestion to either remove this "feature" or move it to the side of the chess clock so it doesn't block the digital display.

Perhaps you would be good enough to report this using the bug report system.

Then you can provide a screenshot, so that the developers can see what you are talking about and how it looks on your particular device.

Where can I find this bug report system? Perhaps you could have provided me with a link in your comment?

I use the PC for playing, I use Iron Browser (SRWare Iron), I have never had any problems in the past with you or any other chess site.

Here is what I see:

It's possible it's a bug related to the browser. Do you have the same issue in Chrome?

The bug report link is on the lower left of the website pages, down with the Help links.

Thanks for the help, sorry for my initial remarks, I actually didn't think it would be a bug at first xD

I tested with Edge browser and the clock icon is to the side there and not interfering with the digital display so I assume it indeed is a browser thing.

It's a shame, because Iron Browser is basically google chrome with all the spy tools removed (trackers etc.), so it is a highly useful browser.

I'll report this via the bug report thing, thanks for the info.

Use of Chromium doesn't necessarily mean that browser didn't remove something causing the problem. If the issue isn't in other Chromium-based browsers, it's possible it's not something that will get modified.

I forgot where do I get rid of the thing?

You have to use a different browser, they don't want to fix it because most browsers show it fine.
