Oh man, and there's more of them, some of which are in fact more annoying, beyond just when you solve a puzzle. Like when you get "Daily Solver" or when you complete a level.

Yes, PLEASE create a way to disable these new sound effects. They're unbearable. I don't even want to do puzzles anymore. So I'm paying for a feature that I love that's become so annoying that it's almost unusable.

Same here. When I'm doing some puzzles, I like to stay focused through the whole session, but there is this new sound when you do a mistake and it gets me out of focus every time... I'm doing less puzzles because of it, and I would very much like a way to disable it. Otherwise, I'm considering not renewing my membership...

I was hoping to come here to find a solution to the absolutely awful noises and animations after puzzles are solved. I am disappointed.
TL;DR - chess.com, get rid of the puzzle noises and animations!!!!

I don't know why but new puzzle sounds feel like a coin hit ground it is very weird I think they should change it or add a new option for sounds
I also really do not like these new sounds, and I hope for a, specific, option to turn them off, as I would still like to keep the regular board sounds of moving peaces, check and checkmate.
I kind of like the sounds

In fact, as of today, it… seems to have been made worse? The “Brilliant move” sound genuinely startled me this morning. Is it new, or has it been updated? It seems significantly louder than the others, and it’s pretty sharp and brash.

Seriously, the “Brilliant move” one is awful. PLEASE change it to something less ear-piercing, even if that’s the only thing about all of this that you’re going to do anything about.

Now all of a sudden whenever I solve a puzzle, I get a "BLOOP, clink, clink" sound. I looked for a setting to disable it, and was unable to find one. Is there one? If so, how do I get to it? And if not, please consider adding such a setting.
More generally, please stop making utterly cosmetic changes that lots of people might reasonably consider to be nothing more than annoyances unless you're also going to make ways to disable them. For bonus points (BLOOP clink clink), please have them disabled *by default*, and instead just post a message saying "Hey, we've got a great new BLOOP clink clink sound that you might like, go to Settings/BLOOP clink clink and turn on the Puzzle Completion option if you want to try it out!" Thank you.
