No feedback on game review

When I review a game, one of 2 things happens:

1. It tells me how good the moves were and gives me feedback, such as “that misses an opportunity to capture a free pawn.” Then I learn, capturing hanging pawns is more important than developing pieces. I learn from my mistakes every time that happens.

2. It tells me how good the moves are. That’s it. Book book book book book best excellent inaccuracy inaccuracy.
I don’t know why my mistakes are mistakes, sometimes even if I press “show moves”

Is there any way to consistently get the 1st option?

The Move Explanations feature is Diamond only, though I think the first review each day has them regardless.
