Notification for Game Over

Why do I not get a notification when I have lost a daily game? If I am playing on the PC and my opponent check mates me, I only find out by the game disappearing from my list of current games. Would it not be more user friendly to trigger a notification?

Thanks

If a game ends, you will get a notification under the the Chess.com logo on the top left that your game has ended.  It will say "Check your game against [username]" or something along those lines.

Yeah those settings do not include an option for Web, which is what I was asking.

Email and mobile only :-(

I use the browser client almost exclusively.  As mentioned before, you will receive notifications to "check your game" (which includes if a game has ended).  Those notifications can be viewed by hovering over the Chess.com pawn logo at the top left.

I think I always get the notification for a won game, but for lost games I rarely get them. Chess.com probably think I’m susceptible ! So I can’t rely on those notifications, under the Chess.com logo, I go see under my running daily games, home page.
