Pawns not showing up

This is still happening on mobile site version, I haven't had a king disappear, but several pawns did.
When I played my grandson I often have two missing pawns on the white side when it's me. I thought maybe there was handicapping, but it seems to be a bug.
My problem is my black king is missing. Thought I could play but during blitz I find it to distracting. Tried loading other piece types but most are not appearing either. Sent help note to site. 2 days and waiting.
This should be resolved now.
