Petition to Bring Back Old Chess.com UI

Wtf even is this? It's burning my eyes. The whole point of us buying membership is because Chess.com looks good. Otherwise, we would've all moved to Lichess.org since it offers the engine at maximum strength for free anyways. Change this back pls, idk what the devs were smoking when they cooked this up but it is NOT it.

I like it, but that's just my opinion.

it should be allowed to chose which ui you prefer in the settings just to allow better user experience

Supporting two versions of the code list ng term isn't feasible.

could you explain why that wouldnt work? im not fluent in the likes of coding but wouldnt it work the same like the board and piece customization?

I just want to note, we not really need the old UI but they could just make let's say 4 different ui's for Game Review that each even if they look a bit similar are distinct, a bit the same case with the Georgia and Times New Roman fonts. Also Discord allows to change the Conversation UI to an extand which leads me to believe that chess.com can do something like that with some of their content.

No, it wouldn't be the same. Each version of the code would need updated any time new features or bug fixes are made. Major new features would essentially double the work.

I cant even see "good move" and "great move" anymore. I pay specifically for the analysis why did they ruin it so bad. It doesnt even show me what type of move mine was, now I only see the best move and there is no way to learn. im canceling my membership after this month

All of those still show in the coach speech but the annotation glyphs only show in the move list for the more important ones, not every move type.

You can change the Analysis settings to show All Moves and it will color code every one, but the annotation glyphs in the move list still only show for Key Moves

How often do bugs or updates on these type of features happen? And if we restrain the UI choice to similar options this could potentially reduced the work load, to see what I mean compare Times new roman font and georgia font.

How often are updates being made to the analysis and review code? They're constantly getting work as far as I'm aware.

the old ui was way more practical, looked better, didnt require 2 or 3 button presses and scrolls to see the same information as the old ui in one page. i dislike it a lot. bring back old ui.

chess.com is clitched and I cant even do 1 game review anyways so I don't know
