ever time i go to forums i see these nsfw bait and “free money” stuff in general chess discussion, i know you moderators can’t be looking at all the forums all the time but i see some of them last 30 minutes or longer.

Moderators are not on 24/7 and there can be times when spam or inappropriate content sticks around for a while. Just ignore and/or use the report option in the content, if you're on the website.
There should be some changes come soon that will hopefully mitigate the amount of spam, but there's still likely some that will make it through and some that will take time to get handled.
