Please chess com start punishing this players

1/3 of the win i get in rapid mode, I have to wait 5-8 minute that my opponent clock run out, because he is so mad at losing, that he rather make me lose my time instead of just resigning and go next. Just to be clear, they dont think for 5 minute to make a move, they dont make any move at all during this time and just lose on time after 5 minute of doing nothing.

Out of 10ish players I reported for this, I had only one feedback from chess com telling me they punished someone I reported, so they obviously dont get punished a lot, while its so easy to verify that a report is legit. If the reported guy didnt make a move for 5 min and then lose on time on a 10 min game, well they should be punished, its this simple

The system automatically flags players that do that too often, as a percentage of recently completed games, and puts them in a por sports pool with other players flagged by the system

I like how it is handled on lichess.

Stalling a game? Here is your immediate restriction to play for an hour after the game

Stalling a game again? Here is another immediate restriction to play for several hours

And the restriction time keeps growing from case to case

I think this should be the same on chess com. People are grown up and know what they are doing is bad (and if you argue with me that there is also kids playing the game, then its important to teach them that its bad). There is no reason to not punish this toxic behavior
