No I have not. Thank you very much for the addy. Can you tell me where to find that because I had no idea where to find their addy.
I really do appreciate it but still can't find support@chess.com. Prior to starting this thread I went to Help -> Billing Issues but I didn't find the addy there. Instead I found two pages of topics - none of which seemed to be what I was looking for. That's when I came here. Anyway, much appreciate your help.

I believe it's listed in some of the help articles but the preferred method is to use the contact form.

I've been on auto-pay for perhaps nine months and then...I wasn't. I certainly didn't cancel. Anyway, I then decided to just start the process over and upgrade. My exact same card that was on autopay was declined and I was told that I should check to ensure I entered the numbers correctly. I did and they were correct. I tried again and it was declined again. I then tried the business account, same. I then went looking for a way to contact someone here at chess.com that can help and I just keep running into dead ends. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
