Premoves automatically cancels

If you have premoves enabled and you made a move that's no longer legal then it won't move. https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8562432-what-are-pre-moves-and-how-do-they-work

Yeah, this is not the issue. It cancels on legal moves. That's my point
How are you accessing the site?
The fact that this platform doesn't give a single sh*t about this and general user experience is telling. Great "growth mindset" after the General Atlantic investment. So fun. But please introduce another funny AI character to play against!!!
Yes. It cancels when I try to do multiple in a row. Just magically disappear when it is my turn. I can log them in, but when it is my move I have to do them again on my own

What I mean is if multiple premoves aren't turned on in settings, trying more than one will cancel them.
If it's enabled, you double check for an update. Finally, an uninstall/reinstall might help
Like a said many times now. Multiple premoves works. It's just that when it is needed the most my logged in multiple premoves suddenly disappears when it is my turn. Which costs me a lot of time
Is getting worse now. Now I can't make 2 moves during the opening in blitz. Do yourself a favor & play the game

Was looking for a solution to this since i have the same issue.
I'll add more info about it
It happens on mobile, not in web. It happens when you have done premoves and the opponent moves before you completed the last premove you were doing. For example i premove my pawn forward, i select it again and will do another forward premove but before i click the square, the opponent moves. Now all my premoves are canceled even if they were / remain legal.

Hey @loldnz! We're launching further improvements to how premoves work on upcoming versions of the Android app. I believe what you're talking about here relates to the user on the Android device.
- Hang in there!
That said, one aspect to keep in mind: at times, members have had a confusing experiencing with premoves in which, if the opponent moved during the moment they'd like to continuing setting up their premove order, but they ended up changing ideas, there's a chance the premove would cancel depending on your finger motion. That said, I believe your case will be covered in the improvements to come.
