Sounds reasonable to me but we mods have nothing to do with clubs. You should write to support@chess.com to see if they can help you find a solution for notifying members of multiple clubs run by one person.

A while ago a moderator informed me that on my 'admin note' (report card?) there are spam flags about a certain link.
That link was of a multi-club arena.
What happened is I regularly arrange multi-club arena on behalf of a club. Among the invitees there are 5-6 clubs I am super admin or admin in. Since multi-club arena does not send club members notifications, I ask members in each club join the arena at least once in the notes. For that definitely I need to copy and paste; not only the link, but also the sentence as well. Sometimes it is done twice in each of those clubs.
To me, as super admin and admin, this is a huge problem if I copy and paste with good intention, that too in my clubs, but the automated spam detector marks my content as spam.
Developers need to fix this problem soon, and I request them to do so.
One approach can be working on notification system of live events - swiss, arena, club duel, and multi-club competition. Other than reminding several clubs the same thing about a live event as chess.com doesn't notify the members, I do not remember if I need to copy-paste the same thing for anything else.
