Puzzle controls

Hi.  I'm pretty new to the site.  I use both my computer and my Android phone to work on puzzles.  I have two questions:

1. Is there any way to see a move list that shows the first move of the puzzle (by the computer) and subsequent moves while I'm working on the puzzle?

2. On my computer I have buttons to move back, but not on my phone.  Is there a way to move back through previous moves on the phone?

The main reason I'm after both of these features is that when a puzzle begins and the computer makes its first move, sometimes the puzzle starts with a capture.  You only get a microsecond to notice which piece has been captured.  And sometimes, the puzzle begins at the endgame, so you can't just observe which pieces are off the board.  Know what piece has been taken can sometimes provide some context for the puzzle. 

I became used to these features from Chess Tactics and hoping I can achieve the same configuration here.  Thanks.
