I've noticed that many puzzles are rated incorrectly. 5 moves with a pass rate of 40% rated at 1100? One move 85% pass rate. Rated at 2600. What is happening and who do I discuss this with?
There is an update in the way puzzles are rated and served. The rating shown is the older rating. I believe that display will be changing in the near future.
An incorrectly rated puzzle negates 3 or 4 correct solves when you get 5 points for an 1100 with a solve rate of 23%. Always playing on tilt is not helping.

It's not a cosmetic issue. I enjoy doing the puzzles and I suspect others do as well. It comically bad and a vague statement about an update in the future doesn't really help. Is there concrete information?
Yes, there is an update but the puzzle rating showing in the interface is based on the original system. The system is presenting puzzles based on a value on the backend. The updated system is meant to be more accurate and a better representation of puzzle difficulty and generate more accurate ratings for members.
I haven't heard when the new values will begin showing for sure
I was curious so I reset my puzzle history. I correctly answered 3 before failing on a puzzle with a 22% pass rate. This seems like it would be very offputting to anyone new to the site.
A player with an 1100 puzzle rating, can easily be given a 2500-rated problem that is easily solvable by a beginning player.
I have solved over 10 000 puzzles for now. And i want to say puzzles section looks like a trash bin right now. And this problem is getting worse every month and every year. Chess com do not care about it at all

The site is actively working on improving it and should have the ratings being used for puzzles in the UI in the near future.
Something has definitely changed recently. I can't explain why I'm suddenly getting inundated with low-rated puzzles which don't give me any benefit, but every time I miss one I lose 17-20 points...
Like, why am I getting 200 rated puzzles when I'm rated 2000? 
The ratings are irrelevent at this point. Go to the puzzle stat page and see the pass rate.

the rating of the puzzles has been fundamentally changed. I don't like this at all. That's why I've just canceled my chess.com membership
