regarding correct compensation when someone cheats against you

so please explain to me, why does chess.com give rating if someone cheats against you. The free rating you get will add up to more losses. Because when you get to your peak, you will just get more free losses. This will result in a negative win rate, because if you are given rating, you are also given more losses. in my case i go from 450 rating with a poor win% to 500 , with more losses to come,
because i just face more cheaters, and so eventually they'll give me more rating, after i lose more games vs cheaters
 
 
 
 
The only correct thing to do. is to cancel the losses you got from cheaters, and then give a win instead? Otherwise you'll give very poor stats to the victim xD And that doesnt seem fair.
