When FIDE and IOC rescind their decision, chess.com probably will follow.
Chess is for everyone. No matter where you live. It is just wrong banning one and others not. That means you are doing the same thing you blame an other he does.

True chess is for everyone. The site is not preventing you from playing the greatest game. Corporations have to follow law and my guess is that sanctions play apart in that decision.
