Sandbaggers in chess.com

I had stopped playing rapid and was focusing on blitz and I reached 1925 but then lost a lot of games and currently I am 1801 in blitz. So, I decided to start playing rapid again and I reached 1946 in rapid but lately, I've noticed so many sandbaggers in rapid. Almost 35-40 percent of opponents I face are sandbaggers who have created their account a few days ago and are already rated 2000+ . I think they are trying to speedrun and see how quick they can reach their target but this is so unfair. and I report every sandbagger but chess.com has only given me my rating back for 4-5 games when I reported 15+ sandbaggers in the last 2-3 days. It's so irritating.
